Meet The Team

Mike Hardy

Director

Mike founded the company in 1989 and became director when Abacus Advice Limited was incororated in 1999. Make has a wealth of experience in all aspects of financial planning but specialises in pensions and investments.

When not working Mike enjoys reading, walking and speding time with his family.

Kelly

Administration Manager

Kelly has worked in financial services since 2014 after 20 years in the fitness industry. Previously, Kelly worked in the administration team for a large financial firm providing professional administration and back office support. Kelly is a hard working professional who likes to get to know the clients so that AO can offer the best solution for their requirements.

Outside of work, Kelly loves spending time with her dogs, taking them on adventures and being in the great outdoors. Kelly also has a passion for coffee, reading, photography, keeping fit, cooking and watching crime dramas and documentaries.

Brenda has been working at Abacus Advice since incorporation in 1999.

Wendy has a demanding roll at Speedy Plc, the market leader in Tools, Plant and Services solutions. It's a demanding role within a competitive environment. When she's not working, Wendy runs marathons, and enjoys foreign travel with her family. Somehow, she's found time to study for an MBA in Marketing. John has been professional photographer since he left school. He has worked in the newspaper, television, motorsport, aviation and PR industries.
